FindMeetingRooms Platform Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms and Legal Status
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and FindMeetingRooms. By using our services, you confirm your full agreement with all provisions. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Definitions
2.1. Platform (Service)
The website FindMeetingRooms and all associated mobile applications and services operating as a marketplace for short-term space licensing.
2.2. Client (Guest)
A user who searches for, requests, or books a space through the Platform.
2.3. Host (Landlord)
A user who posts listings about the availability of their space and grants Clients a license to use it.
2.4. Booking
A time-limited license to use a space, confirmed through the FindMeetingRooms system.
3. Account and Registration
3.1. Age and Legal Capacity Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you commit to providing current and truthful information.
3.2. Security and Responsibility
You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your login is considered your personal activity.
3.3. Service Termination
FindMeetingRooms reserves the right to delete any account without prior notice in case of Terms violation, fraud detection, attempts to bypass the payment system, or presence of negative reviews that threaten the Platform's reputation.
4. Financial Terms and Booking Process
4.1. Booking Mechanism
A booking is considered valid only after successful payment verification and receipt of confirmation from the Host (unless the "Instant Booking" feature is activated).
4.2. Total Cost and Taxes
We adhere to a policy of complete transparency. The total price displayed before payment includes the base rate, cleaning fee, taxes, and FindMeetingRooms service commission. The user is not required to pay any additional fees directly to the Host, unless separately agreed as an optional service.
4.3. Payment Through Third-Party Services
FindMeetingRooms uses payment gateways (such as Stripe) for secure transaction processing. We do not store complete bank card data. The Platform acts as a limited agent of the Host for receiving payments; the fact of payment to the Platform constitutes fulfillment of the Client's financial obligations to the Host.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. For Clients
You commit to using the space exclusively for its intended purpose, not exceeding the guest limit, not damaging property, and observing building rules (quiet hours, smoking, etc.). You are responsible for the actions of all persons you invite to the space.
5.2. For Hosts
You warrant that the space is safe, clean, and matches the description and photos. You bear full responsibility for paying taxes on your income and complying with local legislation regarding short-term rentals.
5.3. Limitation of FindMeetingRooms Liability
The Platform provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the functionality of equipment (Wi-Fi, air conditioning) in Hosts' spaces. The Platform is not a party to the contract between Guest and Host and is not liable for physical damage or loss of personal belongings during a booking.
6. Intellectual Property and Content
6.1. Platform Content Protection
The texts, design, logos, and software code of the site are protected by copyright. Any copying or use without written consent from FindMeetingRooms is prohibited.
6.2. User Content License
By uploading photos or descriptions, the Host grants FindMeetingRooms a worldwide royalty-free license to use this content for advertising, marketing, and improving the Platform's operations.
7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
FindMeetingRooms is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or reputational harm, even if we were warned about the possibility of such damages.
7.2. Force Majeure Circumstances
Neither the Platform nor users are liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, nationwide network outages, etc.).
8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
8.1. Complaint Submission Procedure
In case of space non-compliance with the description, the Client must notify FindMeetingRooms support within 24 hours from the start of the booking. Complaints filed later are not considered as grounds for refund.
8.2. Arbitration and Law
All disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiations are subject to consideration in courts at the place of FindMeetingRooms registration in accordance with the current legislation.
